The 1872 Legacy Circle Endowment is an opportunity for you to leave a lasting gift to all who will be blessed by this place and this community for years to come. Endowments are particularly powerful because they deliver a dependable, perpetual source of funding. Your gift to the endowment is an investment in the future—one that makes a real difference in the lives of our clergy, staff, and members by moving the church from a maintenance mindset towards mission and growth. Our deep hope is for the endowment to eventually pay for the upkeep of the property so that annual stewardship can focus completely on worship, programs, and outreach. By designating a gift now, you can plan for what you want your legacy to be at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church.
If you would like more information on how to give in this way and impact your community for generations to come, please contact Caroline Fleming today.

Each year, the endowment fund contributes nearly $100,000 to the budget, and that amount is expected to grow annually.
Parishioners contribute to the endowment fund in many ways, including lifetime gifts, bequests (wills), beneficiary designations for taxable retirement accounts and life insurance policies, and charitable remainder trusts.
The endowment fund is prudently managed in a diversified mix of investments through the Episcopal Church Foundation and State Street Global Advisors.
