Caroline Fleming

Parish Administrator

Originally from South CarolinaCaroline received her undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (now Randolph College) in Lynchburg, VA. After college, she worked as a bank examiner for the Farm Credit Administration, covering the Southeast region. Caroline continued her education by earning two master's degrees: an MA in Teaching from Emory University and an MA in Economics from Georgia State University.

Caroline taught high school History, Economics, and AP Macro Economics at Marist School, where she also coached cheerleading and co-directed cheerleading camps. In August 2010, she began working at Holy Innocents, initially as a registrar and liaison to Outreach. She later moved to the position of financial assistant before becoming the Parish Administrator.

Caroline has a daughter, Eliza, 21, who attends Rhodes College, majoring in French and minoring in Education, and a son, Peter, 18, who will be a sophomore at the University of Alabama in the Business School. She loves being outdoors, especially bike riding and traveling.
